You've come to a place where you can get back in control of your legal matter.

You can relax knowing that you have people who will work and walk with you.

Our approach

By forming a team we'll better accomplish your goals. We listen to you. We make sure your questions are answered and that you're comfortable with the overall plan. Whether you want us to be involved in simply setting up a simple estate plan, attending and IEP meeting, or walking through a due process trial with you, we promise to approach your issue from all angles and to listen to your perspective.

Whether we're simply consulting or fully representing you, we'll do it with the sensibilities that matter to you. Reason, Respect and Grace are the tenets upon which we practice.  This is letting cooler heads prevail. Treating all parties with grace and respect keeps things civil and productive and we'll use reason to find the best solutions under the shadow of the law.

We Respect Your Time

We understand that your time is important, especially when you have added legal issues, so we'll work around YOUR schedule as best we can. If you need to meet in the evening or before work, we get it. We’ll try to make ourselves available.  We work entirely remotely, so we are happy to save time by meeting on Zoom or the telephone or to come to you!

You'll Always Know Where You Stand

You’ll always be able to see your case at a glance, as we copy you on every correspondence we send, and we’ll forward you everything we receive.

  • Letters of intent

  • Financial Powers of Attorney

  • Limited Powers of Attorney

  • Trusts

Probate

The probate process typically involves gathering many forms of documentation while grieving the loss of a loved one. We will walk with you through each step of the probate process and help alleviate the administrative stress in your time of need.

Small Business

Our corporate practice includes:

  • Small business set-up and consultation

  • Tax consultation

  • Liability protection

  • Litigation

If your business is facing either the commencement or the defense of a law suit, the stress extends beyond the legal jargon. We will not only represent your interests in the alternative dispute resolution forum or court but will walk with you step-by-step to make sure the necessary corporate documents are filed to make your case.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

We listen and use interest-based negotiation to help parties come to a faster, more amicable resolution.

To achieve more holistic and equitable outcomes, they take a hands-on approach during mediation, working with participants individually and with counsel, encouraging them to think globally and “outside the box” rather than sticking to legal norms.
